Identify the Pain!
During this phase we will identify the pain points / presenting issue and get a deep understanding of your business model, your culture (communication model, business interaction and leadership style) and your tools. Working hand in hand with the executive committee and the operational teams we will gather all the relevant business insights critical to craft the most efficient response.
How we do it:
Listen, listen and listen. We start by getting embedded in your business and we approach every assignment with an open mind. Regardless of the length of the assignment we want to be part of your business. We consider your business as our own.
Be Bold!
We will partner with you to craft a solution tailored to your business. You will benefit from the international expertise of our consultants. Our role is to challenge you. To be transparent and bold for the benefit of your business. As you know your company and its culture best, you will be actively involved in the process. We want you to own the solution.
How we do it:
Share the findings of the ‘Assess’ phase with the full team. We will work in small groups and involve all relevant internal experts as needed. We will co-create the solution with business and ‘reality check’ throughout the process.
