Commercially minded with a strong service attitude, he enjoys making things happen by assisting companies to determine and realise their strategy, and to drive change in periods of high disruption. 

Vincent has initiated and led many digital transformation projects including ERP implementation as both a functional expert in Oracle and as project lead for various companies. He has advised companies in various countries on due diligence, business efficiency and margin improvement. His experience includes leading transaction services projects and acting as interim CFO for marketing agencies, tech companies and for private equity boutiques.

Having run businesses within large organizations and as board member of many companies, he is used to managing stakeholders at all levels, and navigating the various needs of shareholders, investors and management teams. 

With an Audit and Corporate Finance background, followed by 10 years working as a CFO / COO and Board member across APAC, France and Spain, Laurence has strong financial and operational expertise across media, tech and consultancy groups.

She is a Business Partner to senior stakeholders and CEOs, with expertise in implementing strategic and complex reorganization projects as well as leading acquisitions and advising companies for their sale to investors. 

She is adept at working as an interim / transition manager alongside CEOs and Boards to lead business selling process, LBO, corporate restructuring as well as the reworking of  both client pricing and management processes. She has supported operational and financial teams to implement business model changes, improve performance and KPI´s, and structure financial reporting to initiate a business sale.

From beginnings as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland to working extensively in Paris and London, he has managed teams globally and across EMEA for large multinationals in both media and oil & gas sectors.

His international experience includes multiple M&A deals including due diligence, pricing & contract negotiation, financing and business integration. He has been particularly driven in the development and implementation of improved meaningful financial information for stakeholders through board packs, investment appraisals, working capital performance, business review & strategy, operational efficiencies and transfer pricing.

Kenneth has acted as temporary CFO on multiple occasions in cases of acquisition integration, business restructure, process improvement and for setting up credible financial reporting & systems prior to business sale for large marketing networks, independent agencies and on behalf of private equity firms. He has also a strong record in the building, training and mentoring of finance teams and individuals both professionally and personally.

With a wide varied experience, strong interpersonal, communication & networking skills, Kenneth is adept at consistently driving & delivering change from local teams to senior stakeholders.
