The company is a small business unit within a large French listed Group which has not grown at the pace expected. Today the business is facing the following challenges:

Mission
Organise a feedback session to share our consultant experience in creating an international network of agency.
Results
Definition of a set of high level recommendations and processes improvement to implement in order to create a unified and more collaborating network responding to their challenges.
